Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s busy team in Southend-on-Sea.
Duties include:
- Answer the telephone and deal with requests from clients and customers
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing post
- Upload information onto a portal system
- Maintain & update diaries.
- Assist in uploading documentation to the portal system.
- General office administration
Personal Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Word, including Mail merges.
- Must be well organised
- Excellent time management
- Property industry background or similar is desirable
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
