Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s brand-new team based in Segensworth.

You will provide an efficient administration service for the GPs and Health Care professionals.

Key Duties include:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls assisting with general queries
  • Arrange clinic scheduling, appointment booking, and appointment cancellations
  • Administer / send patient letters, questionnaires, reports and information
  • Manage the email inbox and manage general non-clinical enquiries
  • Administer patient referrals
  • Attend weekly team meeting to record minutes

Personal requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration role (ideally medical)
  • Able to use initiative, take responsibility for actions & behaviours
  • Able to work under pressure as an individual and a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 or 10-6

Salary: £22,308
