Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s brand-new team based in Segensworth.
You will provide an efficient administration service for the GPs and Health Care professionals.
Key Duties include:
- Answer inbound telephone calls assisting with general queries
- Arrange clinic scheduling, appointment booking, and appointment cancellations
- Administer / send patient letters, questionnaires, reports and information
- Manage the email inbox and manage general non-clinical enquiries
- Administer patient referrals
- Attend weekly team meeting to record minutes
Personal requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy administration role (ideally medical)
- Able to use initiative, take responsibility for actions & behaviours
- Able to work under pressure as an individual and a team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 or 10-6
Salary: £22,308
