Amour Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a fantastic client based in Fareham who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
This position will focus heavily on account management of existing clients. Your primary role will be to service the current client base ensuring high satisfaction and maximising sales potential.
This is a great role for someone who will be happy to come into a well established job role, with existing processes and procedures.
Although this position is primarily based in Fareham you will be required to travel to Jersey and Guernsey for a 1 week period every 4 weeks with expenses fully covered.
Responsibilities:
- Account manage existing clients and continue to build close working relationships
- Identifying ways to maximise sales potential
- Understanding clients needs and providing solutions
- Providing regular updates on activities and forecasts
Personal Requirements
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must have transport experience
- Must have import and export experience
