Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Business Support Administrator to be based at their office in Milton Keynes.
The company are happy to offer this role as hybrid (some working at home), but you must be flexible to travel to London to support their other office as well as Milton Keynes.
If you are a senior administrator, looking for your next challenge, then this could be the ideal role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the whole department
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Arrange meetings
- To support the preparation of management reports.
- Attend meetings to take minutes and subsequently issue actions.
- Organise staff events
Personal Requirements:
- Work well as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous admin experience at a senior level is a must
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
