Amour Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading healthcare provider who is seeking Call Handlers to join their team based in Segensworth.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound Calls
- Working with professional clinicians
- Book patient appointments
- Deal with enquiries in a helpful, respectful and courteous manner
Personal requirements:
- Experience in a customer centric role
- Be able to demonstrate empathy with people
- Ability to handle sensitive calls
- IT Literate: MS Office
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
Hours: You can work as little or as many hours between the following shifts:
- 18.00 - 23.59
- 00.00 – 07.59
Salary: Pay rates will be between £11.67 and £12.38 and hour depending on time/day of the week etc. Plus, Bank holidays/Christmas paid between £17.16 and £23.80 per hour!
This role is offered on a 13-week temp to perm basis.
