Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Cosham Portsmouth.
In this varied role, you'll support a diverse and busy team through the continuous administrative tasks, such as updating databases, checking documents and undertaking bookings.
You'll need to be able to multitask and work precisely, given the vast nature of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to admin queries.
- Maintain and manage the mailbox.
- Upload and vet documentation.
- Process mail and service reports.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Ability to handle a large workload
- Well organised
- Clear effective communicator, both written and verbally.
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
Contract: 3-6 Month Minimum, likely ongoing
Salary: £23,500
