Customer Support Executive - Havant

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to work for a fab company based near Havant.

This role is pivotal in supporting the continued business’ growth strategy by delivering excellent customer service to existing and lapsed clients.

Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Obtaining customer feedback
  • Following up customer complaints and resolving
  • Handling all inbound customer queries
  • Making outbound calls to lapsed customers (not sales!)

Personal requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised, with a first-class approach to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Hours: Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 and 0900-1600 Friday

Salary: £25,000 rising to £27,500 after successfully passing probation period (6 months plus)
