Amour Recruitment is proud to be working with this established company in Portsmouth who is seeking a Database Analyst.
This role would suit someone who has an automotive or electrical mechanic background with data management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely update of new vehicle variants in Miles with CAP data according to agreed KPI’s.
- Ensure the vehicle variant database is accurate and runout / old vehicles have an accurate status.
- Ensure all current passenger, light commercial, plant & equipment have an accurate voucher / service plan in Miles.
- Review manufacturer contracts & discounts in accordance with explicit approval documentation.
- Ensure all associated tables (SMR, Tyres, Options, RV’s) are linked to new CAP vehicles to facilitate immediate quoting.
- Prepare reports to identify the number of vehicles added, updated and discontinued.
- Collate and report to the business summaries of vehicle data changes which includes new products or changes
- Analysis, reporting & investigating data anomalies i.e. Product codes, insurance groups
Personal requirements:
- Automotive experience
- Advanced data management and MS software
- Strong literacy, numeracy and data entry skills
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours (Hybrid offered, 2 days at home if needs be)
Salary: £30,000 plus bonus potential
