Job Description: Dealership Executive
Our client is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Dealership Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new car dealerships to expand the company's network and supply of finance leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships to ensure continued business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive dealer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to dealerships.
- Adapt and tailor communication approaches to establish effective rapport with various stakeholders.
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to inform business development strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop dealer-focused promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a dealership executive or channel management role is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse personalities.
- Adept at problem-solving and strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and dealership.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and evolving business needs.
Compensation:
- Competitive basic salary of £25000, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and abilities.
- Open On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure with achievable earnings of £40000 in the first year.
- 09.00 am - 17.30 pm Monday to Friday
