Accounts Payable Administrator - Portsmouth

Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an awesome company based in Portsmouth who is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a multi-currency purchase ledger for two companies
  • Matching purchase orders
  • Processing invoices and credits in multiple currencies
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts and company credit cards
  • Processing expenses, commissions & pensions
  • First line payroll administration (checking overtime etc)

Personal requirements:

  • Previous Accounts is experience is a must.
  • Ability to work at speed with 100% accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office including Outlook

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (can be slightly negotiable)
