They have a client bank ready for you, but you will need ambition, because whilst they provide you with the foundations, in time, they will expect you to generate and grow your own business opportunities.
Personal requirements:
- You will need to come from authorised financial planning role
- Must be Diploma qualified (relevant financial qualifications)
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrable success in managing client portfolios and providing sound financial advice.
In return they offer mentorship and training if required, access to an established client base, opportunities to network and a supportive environment to focus on professional development
Salary: £40,000 - £75,000 (completely negotiable depending on experience)
