HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver - Havant

We are currently looking for a highly motivated HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver to work with our client based in Havant. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and operating refuse collection vehicles to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and operate refuse collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
Collect waste from residential and commercial properties according to schedules and routes.
Ensure that all collected waste is disposed of appropriately and in compliance with relevant legislation.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
Comply with health and safety procedures and policies at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses.

Requirements:

Full Class 2 Licence - Minimum of 2 years held
Valid CPC & Digi card
Strong understand of WTD & Drivers hours
No more than 6 penalty points, with no DD, DR, CD, DG, TT codes
Committed & Reliable
Have good communication and customer service skills.
Be flexible and able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
