Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our wonderful client based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.
In this varied role, you'll support a diverse organisation, through the continuous upkeep of onsite facilities and equipment, as well as ensuing strict health and safety standards.
For this role, previous experience in a warehouse setting, as well as having a FLT License would be a significant benefit.
This role will see you report into Hilsea, with occasional travel to London and Wokingham offices where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular routine safety and facilities check, covering warehouses, offices and workshops.
- Proactively and reactively maintain and repair on-site equipment, to ensure safety.
- Log actions onto dedicated IT platform.
- Undertake regular DIY tasks, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience undertaking Repair/DIY/Handyman work.
- Experienced in warehouse operations.
- A FLT license is desired, though not essential.
- For this role, you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 DOE
