Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Motor Vehicle Technician, on behalf of a long-established, family run garage based in Wickham.
In this exciting role, you'll work through a busy workflow of services, MOTs and fixes for a range of vehicle types.
This role would be a great fit, regardless of your experience. Whether you've just completed your apprenticeship, or have been MOT Testing for 40 years, we would LOVE to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing, fault finding on vehicle problems.
- Conduct and carry out vehicle servicing.
- Run MOT tests, producing accurate reports and registering details with DVLA (Training can be provided)
- Communicate clearly, your finding and actions to clients, both over the phone and face to face.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is essential.
- Level Two vehicle mechanic repair qualification (preferable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of as team.
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
