Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a great company based in Lee-on-Solent.
The role would suit an experienced and confident individual as you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and overall responsibility for ensuring all information requests have been responded to in a timely manner.
Personal requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential for the role
- A sound knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office with a focus on MS Outlook - email, calendars management.
- Strong diary management skills – to manage multiple surveyors diaries across multiple locations.
Experience in a property setting would be advantageous also experience in raising invoices using Sage would be desirable.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Benefits: 22 days paid leave + bank holidays
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 (depending on experience) plus an annual discretionary bonus.
