Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an amazing company who is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator based in Portsmouth.

This role ensures seamless management of client requests, stock, logistics, vehicle fleet, and associated drivers

Duties include:

  • Coordinate client requests through online portals.
  • Oversee client requests from quoting to execution and invoicing.
  • Upload data into internal systems and customer portals.
  • Ensuring Fleet of vehicles undergo servicing and MOTs
  • Booking of Hire vehicles where required
  • Supporting drivers to ensure that they complete daily vehicle inspections and reporting on their performance.
  • Tracking of driver’s schedules

Personal requirements:

  • Advanced PC skills with MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of fleet management is desirable

Please note: This role requires a security clearance which mandates that candidates have resided in the UK for a minimum of three years.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £24,000
