Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting an Operations Manager for our client based in Southampton!
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business from the logistics, services and contracts management. Our client is a rapidly expanding business and is looking for someone who has a proven track record of results to come into the business and make their stamp on the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of overall logistics and compliance.
- Managing service and warehouse personnel.
- Review and enforce health and safety policies.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Contracts management
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, tenacious individual.
- Strong commercial and business awareness.
- IT literate.
- Previous experience using Microsoft AX or Navision (desirable)
