Operations Manager - Southampton

Amour Recruitment is currently recruiting an Operations Manager for our client based in Southampton!

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business from the logistics, services and contracts management. Our client is a rapidly expanding business and is looking for someone who has a proven track record of results to come into the business and make their stamp on the operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of overall logistics and compliance.
  • Managing service and warehouse personnel.
  • Review and enforce health and safety policies.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contracts management

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious individual.
  • Strong commercial and business awareness.
  • IT literate.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft AX or Navision (desirable)
