Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for our client based just outside of Waterlooville on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee administrative tasks to support their projects.
  • Utilise Xero for financial management, including invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Dealing with client queries
  • General administration

Personal requirements:

  • Proven experience with CIS or Xero is a must
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours: 3 or 4 days a week from 0730am to 1630pm (flexible on days)

Salary: up to £23,500
