Payroll/HR Administrator - Copnor

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to work for our client based in Portsmouth on a part-time basis.

This role is offered initially on a FTC basis until the end of 2025 with a strong chance of going permanent.

This role will report in the UK HR Officer where you will also offer support.

Duties include:

  • Process monthly payroll and benefits for approx. 110 employees
  • Handle inputs for new starters, leavers, pay adjustments, absences etc
  • Submit statutory payroll and pension-related returns
  • Manage HR related administrative tasks

Personal requirements:

  • Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation (P11s & P45s etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Hours: 24 to 32 hours- Hybrid work offered

Salary: £24,000 pro rata
