Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Tenant/lettings Manager who will be responsible for delivering a full operational solution to existing and prospective tenants in an affordable Build to Rent scheme based in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property inspections
- Arranging and attending tenant viewings
- Point of contact for tenant queries or disputes
- Responsible for making sure flats are let correctly.
- Preparation of regular reports
Personal Requirements:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good business acumen
- An understanding of lettings
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £27,000 plus £3k annual bonus
