Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Process Administrator, on behalf of our industry leading client based in Totton.
In this engaging role, you'll support a fast paced, professional environment, supporting the team with System, HR and Compliance Administration.
This role would be a great opportunity for those who are used to process driven, compliance focused administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- Providing everyday HR support for staff, both on and off site.
- Onboarding new starters, providing administrative and system support.
- Supporting with new system/process implementation and rollout.
- Supporting company compliance, through record keeping and managing accreditations.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing HR support is essential, qualifications preferable though not required.
- Experience in supporting compliance operations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
Hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, Negotiable depending on experience.
