Amour Recruitment is seeking an Inventory Clerk to work for a growing property company based near Fareham
The primary responsibilities include the preparation of detailed inventory reports to facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out process for tenants, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to ensure that their properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Duties
- To arrange and book property inspections/pre- check outs / check outs & inventories
- Collection & return of keys from the office
- Conduct property inspections
- Log any maintenance issues
- Diarising follow-ups for Property Manager
Personal requirements:

- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Ability and confidence to work independently
- Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License required and access to a vehicle
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 (office based)
Salary: up to £28,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonus and OTE
