Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Property Manager working from their office based in Hull.
The right candidate will thrive in this challenging, rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out site inspections
- Dealing with breaches of the lease
- Completing Section 20 Notices
- Supporting block management team
- Liaising with maintenance contractors
Personal Requirements:
- Driving license
- Good business acumen
- Excellent time management
- Property (or similar) background desirable
- ATPI (IRPM) qualification would be a clear advantage
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: Starts at £25,000 for minimal experience rising to £30,000 plus £3600 car allowance if you hold ATPI or have block property experience.
