Amour Recruitment is seeking a part-time Purchasing Administrator to join a great company based near Arundel, West Sussex.
In this role, you will be working with an established team where you will be responsible for purchasing of a variety of specialist materials from an approved supplier base.
Duties include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Booking in and cross-checking against supplier invoices
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Maintaining key customer relationships
- Preparing reports for various departmental heads
- Sales order processing, posting purchase stock invoices and posting sales invoices.
Personal requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised, with strong administrative skills
- Excellent team player
- Great listener
Hours: Monday to Friday 25-30 hours. Can be flexible with times but they have to be spread over 5 days.
Salary: circa £15.00 an hour (£19,500 - £23,400 per annum)
