Purchasing Administrator - Littlehampton

Amour Recruitment is seeking a part-time Purchasing Administrator to join a great company based near Arundel, West Sussex.

In this role, you will be working with an established team where you will be responsible for purchasing of a variety of specialist materials from an approved supplier base.

Duties include:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Booking in and cross-checking against supplier invoices
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintaining key customer relationships
  • Preparing reports for various departmental heads
  • Sales order processing, posting purchase stock invoices and posting sales invoices.

Personal requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised, with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Great listener

Hours: Monday to Friday 25-30 hours. Can be flexible with times but they have to be spread over 5 days.

Salary: circa £15.00 an hour (£19,500 - £23,400 per annum)
