Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Order Processor on behalf of a fab company client based in Totton.
You will be an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for processing and dispatching of sales orders/parts orders to their UK & European market.
Responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders onto the system
- Converting quotations from CRM to their stock system
- Picking and processing orders
- Liaising with procurement department on out-of-stock items
- Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays
- Arranging packaging of goods with dispatch department
- Arranging export freight of goods and internal intercompany transfers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a clear telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Some experience of working with engineering parts would be an advantage
Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
