Amour Recruitment is seeking a Shipping Administrator to work for our client based in Portsmouth.
This role is office based and would require an initial focus on handling sea, and road freight shipments from end to end.
Key responsibilities:
- Logging data related to logistic administration into the shipping system
- Liaising and communicating with customers
- Managing and overseeing administrative processes
- Tracking orders in order to ensure timely delivery
- Planning and organizing shipments
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
Personal requirements:
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Office
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to time manage your workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700.
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
