Amour Recruitment is seeking a Stock Controller/ Customer Service Assistant to work for a well-established business based in Petersfield.
This role is pivotal in supporting the business with stock levels whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties include:
- Inspect, purchase and maintain stock
- Process orders
- Respond to all customer inquiries and resolve in a timely manner
- Ensure that information/data is accurately documented/recorded on company systems.
Personal requirements:
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude to deliver excellent customer service
- Full UK driving license as will be required at times to assist with deliveries
- Must be physically fit as will involve some lifting.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0700-1645 (45 hours a week)
Salary: Between £26,796 - £32,760 (depending on experience)
