Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an Administrator to join their Tenant services department based in Hull.
This role would be a dream fit for somebody who is highly motivated with strong communication skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging repairs, maintenance & refurbishments
- Carrying out property visits with a property manager
- Regular contact with tenants & landlords to solve queries
- Preparation of reports
Personal Requirements:
- Ideally experience in property environment or a call handling role
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT proficiency

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 with an hour for lunch
